Solution:

On the sides of each box is a perforated area that you push in that locks the roll in place. 

 

 

Quiche

2 reg. pie shells

6 eggs (beaten)

1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch

breakfast sausage (diced)

crumbled bacon

1/2 c. Half and Half milk

stir together

(optional ---green pepper, onions, mushrooms)

pour in pie shells and cook until done at 350o

Momma's Sweet Potato Pie

 

1 1/4 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/2 cup packed French Vanilla instant pudding mix

3/4 cup evaporated milk

2 large eggs, at room temperature

6 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened

1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract

9" unbaked pie shell

      Set pie shell aside.  In a large bowl of an electric mixer, combine all other ingredients.  Beat at medium speed until well blended.  Spread evenly into unbaked pie shell.  Bake in a 450° oven for 10 minutes.  Reduce temperature to 350° and bake for 40 minutes longer or until firmly set.  Let cool before cutting. 

Makes 8 servings.

No Bake Cheesecake

2 packages cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 tablespoon vanilla flavor

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 container whip cream

1 graham cracker pie shell

   Set whip cream and pie shell aside.  

   Combine all other ingredients in a mixing bowl.  Beat with electric mixer on low speed until well blended.  Pour in pie shell.

    Refrigerate overnight until firmly set. Top with whip cream and cherry or strawberry pie filling.   

     Keep pie refrigerated.  Makes 8 servings.
